Campfire Patties and Sauce!

Ingredients  – all ingredients were grated using a food processor

  • 12 oz grated chicken
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • ½ cup grated green onion
  • ½ cup grated bell pepper
  • ½ cup grated kale
  • 1 medium size zucchini grated
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1 ½ cup grated chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 mini-medium sized yeast dinner rolls (baked in oven for 5 min)

For the Campfire Sauce

  • ½ cup hickory sweet bbq sauce
  • ½ cup mayo
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Mix grated veggies, chicken and spices in a bowl.
  3. Take a spoon and form them into patties onto a oiled pan, see video for visual instruction.
  4. Fry on pan and flip after they start to turn a golden color.
  5. Next add them to your dinner roll and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Place into oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.

CampFire Sauce

  1. Mix bbq sauce, mayo and chipotle powder into a bowl…voila!
  2. Top your CampFire patties with CampFire Sauce and dig in!
