Taking a vacation and want to stay fit?
I’m all about having a good time on vacation but there’s nothing worse than starting back at zero when you come back from a vacation. Here are a few tips to keep you from destroying your entire diet.

1) Perfect way to get some cardio
2) It’s the perfect way to firm your glutes
3) Last but not least the stairs offer a great place to sit and take your water break…(crickets?) But for real nothing is better than having a place to sit when you start to get out of breath.
