Buffalo Cucumber Ranch Dip


  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 12.5 oz can of chicken
  • 2 blocks of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 3/4 cup of wing sauceDirections – see below for tutorial
  • Place cucumber and celery into food processor.  Then strain the juice into a bowl
  • Next, add two block of cream cheese to bowl and add the remains of the cucumber and celery mix (do not add juice into the bowl)
  • Next add the 12.5 oz can of chicken, wing sauce, ranch seasoning and sour cream until well combined.
  • Set in ‘fridge for a minimum of an hour
