Buffalo Cucumber Ranch Dip


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium size cucumber
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 12.5 oz can of chicken
  • 2 blocks of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 3/4 cup of wing sauceDirections – see below for tutorial
  • Place cucumber and celery into food processor.  Then strain the juice into a bowl
  • Next, add two block of cream cheese to bowl and add the remains of the cucumber and celery mix (do not add juice into the bowl)
  • Next add the 12.5 oz can of chicken, wing sauce, ranch seasoning and sour cream until well combined.
  • Set in ‘fridge for a minimum of an hour

Polska Musztarda Chicken Recipe

Polska Musztarda can be used for more than just cooking…find out the many unique uses mustard can provide. You may be surprised!

POLSKA MUSZTARDA CHICKEN RECIPE:
Ingredients:

– chicken of choice (I used two packs of drumsticks, 8 pieces)
– 1 cup of fresh basil
– 1/2 cup of fresh chives
– 1/4 cup of water
– 1 clove of garlic
-2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
– pinch of salt and black pepperDirections:
1) Blend all ingredients in a food processor
2) Evenly coat your chicken
3) Place into ‘fridge for a minimum of 3 hours…for best tasting leave in ‘fridge overnight.
4) Grill it and enjoy!
